Initial Release 1.0-0

This is the initial release of the core component of WxFore II. As of right now, there is no other content besides the small demonstration, but this will eventually become a Visual Novel with many components. I am planning to put in a Text Workstation, ability to send and view storm reports, issue more than just Severe Thunderstorm Warnings, and much more. If you have any suggestions, comment them here..
